2. THE OFFICER STRUCTURE

The Administrator: Responsible for the execution of the Firm’s strategic doctrine and the preservation of the "Precept" methodology. The Administrator serves as the primary "Architect" for all client engagements.

The Council (Strategic Partners): A diversified network of specialized partners (Legal, Cyber-Forensic, Financial) activated on a per-engagement basis. We do not maintain a bloated standing army; we deploy Specialized Units to ensure absolute competency in every theater of operation (Mauritius, LATAM, USA).

3. CODE OF OPERATIONAL ETHICS

We adhere to a strict "Code of Silence & Sovereign Action":

3.1. Accuracy Over Speed: We do not provide estimates; we provide data. If the data is inconclusive, we do not act. We reject the "move fast and break things" mentality in favor of "move deliberately and build things that last."

3.2. Client Sovereignty: We prioritize the independence of our Clients. We build systems that allow them to stand alone, rather than creating dependency on The Firm. Our goal is to make you operationally self-sufficient.

4. COMPLIANCE & OVERSIGHT

Internal Audit: The Firm conducts quarterly internal audits of its own infrastructure to ensure compliance with Florida Statute Ch. 605 and International Data Standards.

Conflict of Interest: We maintain a strict policy against conflicting engagements. We will not consult for direct competitors within the same specific operational theater without explicit disclosure.
